铸铝件该如何进行碱蚀处理?

  铸铝件除含有游离硅之外,还有金属之间的多种化合物以及其他夹杂物。且由于铸铝件组织疏松,因此有可能存在化学成分偏析不均匀等现象,同时在浇铸后冷却时未加工的面会形成致密的氧化膜。碱蚀时间短,则铸铝件有可能不能彻底除尽,且由于碱蚀时铸铝的溶解速度比较快,碱蚀后往往会由此而造成铸铝件的过腐蚀,从而引起公差尺寸的变化,甚至会造成产品报废。

  鉴于上述这一情况的存在,可采取改变碱蚀程序来解决,即铸造成型后行碱蚀处理。按此工艺程序操作既可预防因碱蚀而引起制件报废等问题的发生,又有利氧化后的表面质量。采取上述碱蚀方法可避免制件被过腐蚀,碱蚀后还可利用1:1的盐酸进行2~3s的快速出光,代替毒性较大的氢氟酸,既有利环境保护,改善劳动条件,又可降低生产成本。
